Dr. Shine P Sasidhar
Dr. Shine P. Sasidhar is a distinguished advocate and techno‑legal expert with a uniquely diversified academic foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an MBA, an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Securities, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University. Appointed as Central Government Senior Panel Counsel for the Delhi High Court, Dr. Shine brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in India and abroad to his legal practice. Since 2016, he has been actively practicing law, combining commercial acumen with legal expertise to advise and represent clients in complex matters. Recognized as a techno‑legal and commercial authority, Dr. Shine has authored numerous articles on law, policy, and human rights in reputed magazines and news portals. His courtroom experience includes appearances in landmark constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, as well as significant matters under PMLA, NCLAT, and CAT. In addition, he possesses wide‑ranging expertise in arbitration, having represented clients in private disputes as well as proceedings against Public Sector Undertakings and government departments.

Adv Gireesh has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. He has worked with various law firms in Mumbai and Delhi over the years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, and LLM in Commercial Arbitration. He has been practicing law since 2001 and in the Supreme Court since 2014. He is a renowned Supreme Court lawyer in Constitution, Commercial and corporate matters. He represented several arbitration matters for Nava Rathna & Maha Rathna companies.
Adv V. R Raman
Adv V. R Raman retired as an Under Secretary-level officer from the Delhi Government (NCT) after 30 years of service. During his tenure, he served as an Executive Magistrate, Civil Supply Officer, Arbitrator for Co-operatives and in various other capacities. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and an LLB. With expertise in revenue and service matters, he brings extensive experience in handling complex legal and administrative issues
