Dr. Shine is a versatile man educated in a wide range of qualifications including a PhD in Corporate Governance, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, and Masters in Law (LLM) in corporate law and securities, and a PG Diploma in ADR from Nalsar University. Adv Shine has also been appointed as the Central Govt Senior Panel Counsel for Delhi High Court . He has more than 20 years of corporate experience under his belt, including senior leadership roles in India and abroad. He is practicing law since 2016. He is considered a Techno-legal and Commercial expert. He has written many articles on Legal, Policy matters, and human rights, in many reputed magazines and news portals.
Adv K. Gireesh Kumar
Adv Gireesh has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. He has worked with various law firms in Mumbai and Delhi over the years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, and LLM in Commercial Arbitration. He has been practicing law since 2001 and in the Supreme Court since 2014. He is a renowned Supreme Court lawyer in Constitution, Commercial and corporate matters. He represented several arbitration matters for Nava Rathna & Maha Rathna companies.
Adv V. R Raman
Adv V. R Raman retired as an Under Secretary-level officer from the Delhi Government (NCT) after 30 years of service. During his tenure, he served as an Executive Magistrate, Civil Supply Officer, Arbitrator for Co-operatives and in various other capacities. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and an LLB. With expertise in revenue and service matters, he brings extensive experience in handling complex legal and administrative issues
